I am 27 years old working almost 10 hours a day in IT company. My job is an office job and also I work from home so these 10 hours sitting on chair and my couch making me gain my weight.
I haven't started any plan of exercise or diet to work this out. My figures:
height: 5'7"
weight: 85kg
waist: 35
I need a workable plan which I can stick and implement. I can eat vegetables and walk or do 20 minutes exercise on daily basis.
Need expert advice on this!
