this will almost certainly be done again this evening. I got fat to fry and muscle to burn. Literally trying to burn off at least 10 -12 lbs of LBM.

LegExt/Single Leg Ham Curl Supers:
Ham: 40 for 8, 70 for 8, 90 for 8
Ext: 140 for 8, 180 for 8, 220 for 8
Standing Calf Raises: 350 for 8, 405 for 8, 450 for 8, 495 for 8 (calves, yum)
Delts Four Ways:
Uber-Set of Lateral Raises, Front raises, Rear Lateral Flys, Arnolds, all 8 reps each, 3 sets at 15lbs. Yah yah, 'Only 15lb DB's?!' Ok. Fine. You do 20's then call me.
calves are screaming, quads shakey but no biggy, hammies not feeling too good, think i may have an issue with my left cheek/ham that needs some deep tissue work....
TODAYS FOOD:
Projected cal totals are about 2700-3000, normal for me. High Pro/HigherFat/Lower Carb day, almost no fiber today too. Sometimes yah just cant walk around bloated all damn day... ya know?
