Um.. as good as the concept sounds, I believe my stomach would request a Sassy-ectomy to remove me before I can subject it to a carb/fat infested onslaught of debauchery.

Day Afta Devil Day

AHHHH... June... June 7th, 2006, actually. What better day to restart a jeep, eh? What a day yesterday. Amazing grace keeps playing in my head.

4:10am:
'4 Quarters' Cardio (again):
15 minutes Arc Trainer (HIIT Usining Supra-Maximal Resistance rather than RPMs) Holy Mother of Lactate, Batman! Can you say, 'Burn'?, Sure. I knew you could.
15 recumbent bike
15 precor EFX
15 lifefitness eliptical After the Arc Trainer, standard ellipticals seem... well.. kinda wimpy. This may have been the last day of eliptical for the G-Man.

this will almost certainly be done again this evening. I got fat to fry and muscle to burn. Literally trying to burn off at least 10 -12 lbs of LBM.


Resistance is not Futile, The Movie:
Legs o' Plenty:
Squats, ATF, for reps: 135 for 20, 185 for 15, 225 for 12
SLDeads: (bad glute pull, gotta be slooooowwww with these lately): 45 for 12, 95 for 8, 135 for 8
LegExt/Single Leg Ham Curl Supers:
Ham: 40 for 8, 70 for 8, 90 for 8
Ext: 140 for 8, 180 for 8, 220 for 8
Standing Calf Raises: 350 for 8, 405 for 8, 450 for 8, 495 for 8 (calves, yum)

Delts Four Ways:
Uber-Set of Lateral Raises, Front raises, Rear Lateral Flys, Arnolds, all 8 reps each, 3 sets at 15lbs. Yah yah, 'Only 15lb DB's?!' Ok. Fine. You do 20's then call me. ;)

calves are screaming, quads shakey but no biggy, hammies not feeling too good, think i may have an issue with my left cheek/ham that needs some deep tissue work....

TODAYS FOOD:

Projected cal totals are about 2700-3000, normal for me. High Pro/HigherFat/Lower Carb day, almost no fiber today too. Sometimes yah just cant walk around bloated all damn day... ya know?
 
very nice workouts, I like your "4 quarters!" I usually perform "1 whole" which is 2 1/2's ... lol... arch and treadmill... yes, I've dubed the elliptical whimpy girly-monish machine.... no more of that.

Ok, so... i dont have a decent reason: decided to do shoulders again. yep. just didnt quite have that 'just sodomized' feeling that is required for a post workout sigh this morning... at least not for the delts part... and then it hit me...


June 7, '06 is a great day for a Shrugs personal best. SO....

630lbs for 5 honest and there was much rejoicing amongst the Hill People.

ehehehe... would be nice, but no, Horatio, me thinks i would be in ICU be that the case: Plate Loaded Standing/Seated Shrug machine, seven plates on a side.

Havent done the 'bent' bar shrug fest in a while, next week will try that and see what i can do for 'real'......

Bar Bendin' Shrugs are my favorite :evil: Haven't done those in a while, nursing the lower back still a bit.
