I'm 5'11 225 and according to my expert calculations ;) I should be eating about 2600 cals a day (doing a CKD again).

I woke up late today (about noon) and i've only managed to pack about 1200 cals.

So far I've eaten the following on the day:
Meal 1:
2 strips of bacon
3 scrambled eggs w/ 1 slice of cheese

Meal 2:
8 chicken wings
1 cup of Broccoli w/ 1 slice of cheese
3 tablespoons of ranch (I love me some freaken ranch :D)

Anywho, I know that I should split my meals up a bit more (seeing how I've been going for 8 hours today) but I can't eat if I'm not hungry :o

I need to find some cheaper food that has a billion cals ;)
 
I think you've got some amazingly fatty food there that's packed in calories. Try adding more meat and some side Flaxseed, Olive oil to the mix. While in ketosis, the meal frequency does not really matter because no insulin is involved.

Technically, since there is no insulin response, that would be correct. In fact, you could technically eat 1 meal a day, but in practice you should try eating at least 4-5 meals.
