So I got this cutting diet from another site for my hubby and I am just modifying it for me in lower cals from shadows plan, playing around to get the percentages correct. I am so excited my hubby is getting back to it!
- son's christmas concert
-call accountant
-purchase some organizers
- workout
I am breaking down today and buying sleeping pills,this is week four of getting only 3 hours of sleep a night. Hence the reason I am sure the workouts aren't great.
I am also sure I need a new matress, ours is only 8 years old and I hate even bringing up the subject with hubby.
I will be starting cardio in the morning again, and weights in the evening. I am going to try getting up really early to see if I am so tired at night, I can sleep. As well, it is getting busy again and workouts are taking tooo long.
