another rocking workout !!!!!!!!

10 minute warm up - treadmill
shoulders and calves
15/13/12/10
shoulder press 5/10/15/17
lateral raise 5/5/10/10
front raise 5/10/10/10
bent over straight arm dumbell kickbacks 5/10/15/17
rear delt fly 5/5/5/5
standing calf raises 2 sets of 50 17lbs in both hands

3 sets of 15
bicycles
fist over head

could not get an increase on some of them but it will come!!!!! My son had a day off school and worked out with me.

The boy has a hollow leg and is skinny minny and tall he is 11 and already has size 10 men's shoes. so to boost his confidence we are trying to see if this works.

He couldn't do any push ups at first and now he can do 5 properly!

I am so proud of him, he is trying so hard. There are some exercises I just won't let him do cause I can't show him properly or others he uses no weights until he can learn proper form but he never complains.

Achievements mean little if we are not a success as a person. The capacities to love, listen and learn are vital for our own well-being, and without them it is difficult to have the fulfilling relationships that we need to both renew us and inspire achievement.

Last night was awesome until the end, but it was still worth it. LOL

I began with nachos and two double chocolate milk shake things (I was craving chocolate so he made me up something, it was YUMMY) then I had steak, lobster, ceasar salad.

They lost our bill for the drinks and nachoes so we didn't have to pay. But everything I ate didn't stay in me very long.

Milk doesn't agree with me ever, so milk and alcohol not a good combination!

In the end rockin good night, we are yet again onto hopefully onto another venture soon. We are discussing opening another business, all will be revealed when I get more info, YAHOO!!!

side note...he is so sweet he just phoned me to thank me for a wonderful evening

off to a much needed dentist appointment I made in June that kept on getting canceled. Off to get the last trace of smoking from me LOL

Sounds like mostly a good time.

No just did the workout once, reposted it, not sure why LOL, can't remember! I ain't cleaning your house, I don't even clean mine anymore LMAO, but I will send over my cleaning ladies.
