another rocking workout !!!!!!!!
10 minute warm up - treadmill
shoulders and calves
15/13/12/10
shoulder press 5/10/15/17
lateral raise 5/5/10/10
front raise 5/10/10/10
bent over straight arm dumbell kickbacks 5/10/15/17
rear delt fly 5/5/5/5
standing calf raises 2 sets of 50 17lbs in both hands
3 sets of 15
bicycles
fist over head
could not get an increase on some of them but it will come!!!!! My son had a day off school and worked out with me.
The boy has a hollow leg and is skinny minny and tall he is 11 and already has size 10 men's shoes. so to boost his confidence we are trying to see if this works.
He couldn't do any push ups at first and now he can do 5 properly!
I am so proud of him, he is trying so hard. There are some exercises I just won't let him do cause I can't show him properly or others he uses no weights until he can learn proper form but he never complains.
