Ehh there are MANY different phases... That's just 2. Pretty much Different levels of hypertrophy (Low, Mod, High) is what I did while I was cutting. Strength goes away because you obviously are just trying to maintain muscle while you strip the fat.

I am soooo confused I am doing hypertrophy phase two on 2400 calories??? She said strength was next, I am supposed to be building muscle right now and then strength later.

anyway Today's list of things to do
-clean the house
- make some cushion covers
- update business for the week and try get some things ready for fiscal year end.
- go to gym
- have a tea party and picinic with girls
- call the soccer association they asked me to coach this year. kinda scared about that one, I used to coach when my boys were younger but this is a whole new ball game, er I mean soccer game. :)
You looked up HEE HEE? Or just HEE? What was the definition?
I think you should coach soccer. You obviously don't have enough to do, LOL :lmao:

Hits different parts of your pec (hi, med, low), or could also hit your shoulders / delts if you are bringing the cables to your sides more than to the front - consider the equivalent movements:

- pec dec (med level x-overs)
- "standing" flys (again depends on the angle of your bench - for hi or med)
- lateral raises (DBs, to sides or low front/sides)



I find if I superset something like a HammerStrength seated front press (dunno how they exactly call it) and just below chin-level cable x-vers - mega pec burn.
