Hopw things are good Ck. I see you got a new PR welldone hun. Your workouts are looking good aswell. I need to have a look round for one for my missus as she seems to be doing alot of cardio since i started the 5 x 5 and i think she feels a little lost doing other things on her own. She started doing the 5 x 5 with me last week but i think she needs a diffrent regime although she likes the squats only lifting light (90lbs) but shes never done them before so wants to get used to them a little.
