Sounds interesting. Works the pecs from all angles.

I had to make a list of lists to make, LOL.

especially when you want to fake that you have boobs LOL. This is the first time my triceps have been sore!
 
Hows things CK? hope all is well :)

Cables are good i used them before i started the 5 x 5 and will use them again once i start cutting again there handy if you cannot get on other equipment aswell as it covers a fair amount of exercises.

and cable crossovers make you look so BUFF!! HAWT! :)

THings are getting back to normal today in my jerry springer life LOL. I feel like I am able to give it my all again in every aspect of life, sounds so silly but when a lot of bad things are happening to me I feel like I have to reserve energy to deal with things.

But back on track and very happy about it.
She has me on a hypertrophy plan phase 2 now, one of these days I will look up the word LOL. tonight is back and bis, and feeling good about that as well, it feels like ages since I did my biceps. probably a good thing though cause that was the only body part I could really brag about and I don't want them getting disporptioned from the rest of me.

Kay I looked up the word HEE HEE.

anyway Today's list of things to do
-clean the house
- make some cushion covers
- update business for the week and try get some things ready for fiscal year end.
- go to gym
- have a tea party and picinic with girls
- call the soccer association they asked me to coach this year. kinda scared about that one, I used to coach when my boys were younger but this is a whole new ball game, er I mean soccer game. :)

You are silly.. hypertrophy just means enlarging or making big (hyper) the muscle fibers (trophy = organ). In this case the organ is actually the muscle fiber. It's just an increase in cell size. We all don't want Atrophy (a = decrease or without) !!!
People often mistake strength and hypertrophy. They think they are building large amounts of muscle in strength.. when strength is just that.. to build strength. You do gain some, but hypertrophy is the muscle increasing phase.
You do strength so you can lift more in hypertrophy in the next phase, Well.... that's how I work it.

Tea party sounds fun ;)

Cool cool, thank you for explaining but question about the last part in bold. I am assuming because I am competing in April, I will do hypertophy, strength, hypertrophy then cutting??? What are the phases about in hypertrophy, cause I am in phase two of hypertrophy?
