OMG, actually you are right, she is EXACTLY like her. If I plan anything, she wonders why she can't be there!

Alrighty then,

Got the BF tested tonight, I am not as fat as I thought I was 18% and considering I am bulking YAHOOO went from:
September 1, 2005 = 30%
March 2006= 24%
I think it was in july 15.9%
Oct 2 2006 18%

Big thanksgiving turkey lurkey dinner is on again, monday!
-so for tomorrow

October 4th
-go to library
-buy a big ass turkey and everything else
- buy my dollar store attempt to be martha stewart decorations for thanksgiving.
- pictures maybe :)

10 minutes on jacobs ladder = goal to burn more than 125 calories (hubby and I have a competition going)

tricep press down

one piece of rye toast
1 apple

1 cup of skim milk

2 rye bread
1/2 cucumber
1 cup of grapes

1 yam
1 peach
1/2 of grapes
1/2 carrots
1 cup of skim milk
1 can of tuna

m4
2 rye bread
1/2 cup of brocoli
1/2 cup of carrots

m5
1 chicken breast
salad
1 cup green beans
1 cup of pasta

2 rye bread

CONGRATS Girl! Did you track the weight number with it??? That way you can figure out LBM and and bf dropped.

I have the totals somewhere, she has to email me the results from yesterday. Or did you mean my actual body weight?

(I am just going off memory here)
September 1 =155lbs at 30%
March = 136lbs at 24%
July = 134 at 15.9%
October 145lbs at 18%

Can I figure it out from that?

cable cross high 24lbs
cable cross mid 12lbs
cable coss low 12lbs
tricep press down 48lbs
tricep kick back 15lbs (could of used 20)
overhead extension 15lbs had to go down to 12lbs on last set.

Did some killer abs thing on the boso ball balance and then do sissor kicks
as on the bigger ball brining knees to chest.
