September 18 - day one of no smoking.

My friend had a son about my daughters age. Cried all night and now my eyes are all puffy, but I am not going to cry anymore for a coward. I am extremely angry right now.

Going to clean the basement and do something with my daughters today. Tonight I see my trainer, I have a feeling today's workout is going to be a good one.

Workout wasn't bad, trainer isn't going to see me till tomorrow now :rolleyes:

all 3x8
10 min cardio
back extension
wide grip pull down 60lbs
seated row 80lbs (lets just correct that I don't know where I got 80 more like 41 lbs)
preacher curl 25lbs (22lbs)
hammer curl 25lbs (22lbs)
reverse curls 48lbs (well I rocked here 72lbs)

I also did assisted pull ups

I can't seem to get past 20 to 25lbs on any bicep exercise, arrrrrr

You're talking D.B.s aren't you? That's still pretty damned good, IMO.

I wouldn't say be happy with it. Just keep pushing & don't fret it tooo much.
I would say to try different workout programs, if you weren't seeing a trainer. Yoiu never know what might work for you, or when.
 
Looking good! Sorry to hear about your friend and Aunt...Its ok to be really mad at her right now! The only hurt everyone else when they take their life. How selfish......(((HUGS))))
