seated row 80lbs
(lets just correct that I don't know where I got 80 more like 41 lbs)
preacher curl 25lbs
(22lbs)
hammer curl 25lbs
(22lbs)
reverse curls 48lbs
(well I rocked here 72lbs)
I also did assisted pull ups
I can't seem to get past
20 to 25lbs on any bicep exercise, arrrrrr
