I always try find a positive to a negative situation, and well I just can't seem to find one for this. I think that is also pissing me off.
 
September 18th
10min cardio
leg press single leg 50lbs
leg curl single leg 25lbs
leg extension v/pigion/straight 40lbs
standing calf raises 25lbs

Seeing trainer tonight, she has some ExPLaining to DO!" :) Not sure if it is just a mental thing, but I feel FAT "I'm fat, I'm fat you know it , uhuh". only 7 more weeks on this diet and she is increasing the calories more!!!!! AHHHHH. MENTAL, MENTAL, MENTAL.

Mainly in the midsection, but I am starting to see a V in my back, I am sooo excited about that and more definition in the arms (don't have to flex to see the muscles).

I can't believe I am saying this, but I misssss cardio.

got the dishwasher fixed, yahoo, there was a popcorn kernal stuck in the latch, he said he had never seen that one before and was baffled as how it got in there, I told him with 4 kids anything is possible :) and he didn't charge me, yahoo. He was here for all of 2 secs.

-still cleaning the basement
- still got to get a haircut
- funeral friday
 
Kay it is an hour before I go to see my trainer and well.... I am soooo bloated it isn't funny, my tummy hurts and it feels like it is going to explode!!!!! I look friggin pregnant!

Ahhhhhhhh, sorry to hear about the bloated feeling... but hope all goes well with the trainer and that she gets all her splaining done :lmao: ;)

I think a lot of people are looking at that ratio like WTF? So, yea looking forward to wtf :)

She killed me tonight, none of what I wrote down we did.

This is what we did instead....
10minutes on jacobs ladder
squats on a half ball holding a medicine ball 3x10 each side
lunges 3x10

jumping up on bench squats 3x10
lunges using bench and half ball 3x01 each side

ab thingy using roller going to floor and back up

My legs collasped from under me!

Her explaination of carb ratio:
something about holding water in the muscles or something. ahhhh, I can't remember. I am emailing her tomorrow to explain better, I was dead at the end of the workout and can barely walk, which is awesome, but I couldn't make out what she was saying.

She did tell me to lay off soo much whole grain bread, she said it was good cause I get my protein with it but could be the cause of the bloating considering I eat it for every meal right now (gotta go grocery shopping) :rolleyes:

I actually emailed her right now.
 
Hey Ck!!!!! I just caught up on your journal!!! Geesh I have missed a lot. Your pictures look FREAKIN AMAZING!! OMG!!! What a difference from the last time I saw you!! You must be proud.
RE: headache... by any chance did you do upright rows or shrugs previous? or any trap exercise?? I get really bad headaches after working them. The only thing I find works for extended headaches like those are to pinch my trap muscle with 2 fingers. Like really hard until the pain is 8-10 on the pain scale of 1-10 10 being can't stand it pain. Keep pinching until the pain slowly starts to diminish.. and it will. I get a tingly feeling up my neck and around my ear area. Sometimes I have to hold the pinch for a good 2-3 mins. It's way better if someone else does it for you so that you can relax your arms. I hope that made sense.
