Let me have my weekend and I will do it cold turkey. No drugs, tried it and it didn't work, no cutting down, tried that and it didn't work. Cold turkey was the only way last time.

So expect some really bad entries sometimes and if I bite anyones head off I apologize in advance. One more day, arrrrrr so

SEPTEMBER 18TH, 2006 WILL BE MY FIRST DAY OF NOT SMOKING.

I am excited and scared and stressed, shit I am going for a smoke....nah just joking. Good thing about me is when I drink I can't smoke I get sick, bad thing, I can't drink LOL. Expect long dragged out entries that make no sense (yeah yeah, I know they don't now LOL)

Thank you guys for your support and your nagging, it hasn't only been from this end either the last thing my husband said to me before I went to bed, wasn't I love it was quit smoking LOL.

I WILL DO THIS!

You need to vent - lemme know!! And take out all that stress on the weights!!

I agree with Jens 110%... I love working out when I'm stressed or mad or whatever thats when I have some of my best workouts :D I noticed that lookin back over the last couple weeks of August... and again I know you got this!! Just think lol.... BALLOONS hehe that will keep ya on track :lmao:

As I was getting in my car coughing this morning, I was actually excited thinking about the fact that I won't be anymore soon!!!!!!

Raining stil, it has been all week. My boy has soccer again today, we won't find out for 2 weeks if he has made the competitive team, arrrr. Going to the gym today to kill that shit! Went grocery shopping.

Gotta make my meal list for the week.
Clean the house,
do the wash
and clean the basement (getting it ready to put electrical, drywall all that fun stuff.
Mother in law is coming over, and guy to fix dish washer this week. and hopefully get a phone call for that job this week. My boss told me they phoned him 3 times for my information (he couldn't give it out until he asked me).

1. Well workout went ok
2. My son won't find out about soccer for like 2 weeks they said. It was funny cause there he is in net dancing around but he did awesome when he was paying attention. Ended up getting a bleeding nose twice.
3. Did one day in fit day - tomorrow and seeing trainer tomorrow (sassy wrote down all my questions)
4. Found out my great aunt died today (she had alziemers)
5. Found out my friend committed suicide.

So the day didn't end to well.

Tomorrow I still plan on quitting smoking.
