RE: headache... by any chance did you do upright rows or shrugs previous? or any trap exercise?? I get really bad headaches after working them. The only thing I find works for extended headaches like those are to pinch my trap muscle with 2 fingers. Like really hard until the pain is 8-10 on the pain scale of 1-10 10 being can't stand it pain. Keep pinching until the pain slowly starts to diminish.. and it will. I get a tingly feeling up my neck and around my ear area. Sometimes I have to hold the pinch for a good 2-3 mins. It's way better if someone else does it for you so that you can relax your arms. I hope that made sense.

That is actually very interesting I looked back and I did do back exercises the day before, not shugs and uprights but new back exercises, hmmmm. I will have to watch for that next time.
