Fat before a workout helps me a lot too. I can definitely tell the difference. I usually lift in the evenings so I make sure I include some kind of fat, either fish or flax oil, in the meal right before. Nuts are handy if you're on the go too or in the morning if you are having fruit, oatmeal etc.

Trying too LOL pretty much have spent the day figuring out T4 slips, health care, bills and now I gotta change a poopy bum, LOL.

I am definitly going to make it to the gym tomorrow, arrrr LMAO

yup especially when I actually get it in the eye, NOW that burns! I haven't gone to the gym with it on yet. I was thinking about trying tomorrow, but judging from my kids response to the smell, i don't think it is such a good idea. :)

and when am I supposed to see a difference with it? man am I impatient, but I have been eating sooooo good, even riding my husband about it again.

The back is better right now, I find it is usually first thing in the morning, takes me about 1/2 hour to an hour to get less stiff and in less pain (ho ho ho, for those of you with sick minds LOL) and I am stretching a bit in the morning. As well, right after I work out it is not sooo good, but been stretching after to.

I have a question about YES, and YES it kinda is a silly question. What ultimately are the results I am supposed to see? cellulite disappear? inches go down? firmer tummy?

I realize with clean eating my cellulite will go away again, and it is no where near what it used to be but it is really stubborn around my booty. even when I was at a low weight I still had some so will it ever go away?
