FF sliceed cheese

anything wrong with those kraft FF cheese slices?

0g fat (obvious), 1g sugar, 4g protein

I throw a slice in my mouth a few times each day (does NOT taste like cheese), just wondering if when they remove the fat, they have to do something to it to make it unhealthy in another way.

Chewy-FF is best for low fat diet-no other cheese even comes close to being low fat.

Even reduced fat cheese has like 5g per serving (reg. cheese 8g), and a serving is just a tiny little cube, with a huge percentage saturated.

30 cals per slice FF - I'll use real cheese when bulking.

it does not taste great, it's just a convenient way to throw 2 slices on top of whatever I'm eating and add 8g extra protein (I guess it's casein?)

30 cals isn't much......plus no fat......

I think a slice of FF cheese is great with salsa over scrambled egg whites......also an easy way to make a quick quesadilla -- fold over a low carb or whatever type of tortilla with the ff slice in the middle & toast in the toaster oven, dip in salsa

When you add it to other foods it loses that weird taste you mean....

Well, the Borden Singles I buy (normal cheese) only has 4.5 g's of fat. So while its more than 0, it still isn't too bad considering the taste.
