Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with a 5x5 routine. There is a sticky on these forums about it from Madcow. And if you like forearms, then oh man you will like the compound lifts in 5x5s. Popeye will have nothing in you in 12 weeks.
Give 5x5s a try with a clean, big diet and you will get your pipes bigger!
