I think you should go a bit easier on yourself and increase the amount of exercises etc with time. You should get used to exercise and your muscles should stop being so sore after some time, but you can't overdo everything. What you're doing now is simply a little too much for you. For me, I like a hot bath or a hot shower after a particularly exhausting training - I don't know if it actually helps but I feel like if it did!
