i figured I would give you an example of my diet to see if I am right. I have to say its hard to eat this much. i just started a suspenion cycle and looking build up legs , and cut up after. i am 207 13% bf ft 36.

meal 1: 2 scoop whey protein shake w/1 tablespoon of natty pb about 475 cals

meal: 9 oz of chicken with almond and wheat crust, baked potato, and 2 tbls of flaxseed oil about 560 cals

meal 3: same as meal 2

meal 4: pwo shake 2 scoops of whey and mocha blend which is 100 grams and has more carbs and some sugar in it about 500 cals

meal5: 7 oz steak veggies and tbls of pb about 500 cals

meal 6: 2 scoop cassein protein shake about 300 cals

I am def getting a bit softer than I like but hoping I will start fill out more as a result. let me know your thoughts. I think my base line is probably about 2,300 cals.

You need some good carbs and vegetables. Not coming from sugar.
Have the steak with vegetables as opposed to PB. You're already getting enough fat with the steak.
Also, have more food and less shakes. It'll be better for your body (and physique) then having all the processed, chemicalized food in your system.
I do like shakes, but only once post training.

a baked poatao is good carbs, i def need to increase veggies, but not sure about replacing pb. are you saying more carbs and less fat?

Yes, Less fat and more good carbs, such as weet potato, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice and veggies and more veggies. I know, PB is addictive! You should have it, but don't over do it. It's very easy to over load on fat with PB.

cool, thanks man! yeah i think my calories are too high i think i am around 3,500. i will addd more veggies. thanks again

A lot of my protein intake comes from egg protein powder. I'd say at least 250 g of my 400 g protein comes in from powder each day. Is that bad? I have time constrictions, so it's hard for me to cook chicken breast.

I'd try to consume more whole foods. Wether is whey, egg, soy protein powder, is still processed food. I know is difficult to cook when being busy, but you can cook for a few days, pack and refrigerate. All you need to do is take it with you and eat. You'll also eat healthier that way.
All those chemicals will not be good for you in the long run..
