everything im taking... am i doing it right?

Here is a list of all the supplments im taking and when i take them

L-Glutamine - pre and post workout
Creatine - morning and night
ZMA Tablets - 3 before bed
AST Multipros vitamins - 1 for breakfast, 1 for dinner
N-Large II - pre workout
AST VP2 protein - post workout & before bed

ive just started my bulking diet atm.

Does this look like the best time to be taking each

Ok so i personaly would take 5g of glutamine first thing in the morning with a weak water vp2 shake and pre/post workout and before bed.
I would take creatine split into two doses,one post workout and then another 2-3 hours later, if youve visited AST and read their articles youll know why to do this.

As for VP2 protein i would suggest a weak water shake first thing with your 5g glutamine to get the body replenished with protein,pre workout if you really have to but i personally would have a meal around 2 hours before going to the gym,post workout i would definately have a shake with creatine and glutamine again with water. And before bed i would have a shake with maybe added extra virgin olive oil(as you are on a gaining diet) or substitute with a tub of cottage cheese.
I rate VP2 very highly as a protein supplement and if you follow what i have suggested in accordance with a good mass diet and hard training youll gain like a mother fucker!
