Eggs in the morning?

Whenever I see a rundown of a bodybuilder's diet, it features a mass of eggs in the morning, typically as breakfast. Is there any reason why this is? why all the eggs consumed per day are eaten at once, instead of say one with each meal? :confused:

Eggs are one of the best sources of protein, they are easy to make and they taste pretty darn good. There is no particular reason for all at once but usually it due to the protein intake that is needed per day.

Eggs are one of the highest nutritional quality protiens there is for your body.

Eating them throughout the day with each meal is doable, but not neccessary. They are not that important for your body. I dont know which country your from, but here in the US, we like to eat eggs for breakfast. That is one of the main reasons it is eaten in the morning.
 
I also think it is because your first meal of the day is typically eaten at home....and eggs are easier to eat at home. Not many people cook eggs and carry them around in a tupperware container all day. lol. :) Since we are all so bsy, the rest of our meals seem to be eaten "on the go".

That said, if I am home in the middle of the day, I'll eat eggs for lunch, sometimes I eat them as my last meal of the day too. Doesn't really matter WHEN you eat them.
 
I know personally that I find eating eggs pretty much anytime after like 11 AM to be disgusting... i cannot explain why.... they smell amazing and taste amazing right in the morning when u wake up or a bit after.... but for me even the smell or sight of them later in the day revolts me, you could not pay me to eat them ......i cannot explain this phenomenon tho.
 
I can't eat eggs after morning anyways, but usually hit up about 6 Egg Whites, 2 egg yolks and get some quality protein in the mix.

It's "good" cholesterol: think HDL vs. LDL.
