Ears popping when training on low carbs???

happens after about 10-15 hard sets...even when not dieting but only after hard sets, happens sooner with supersets/drop sets...its in my left ear only and feels like it popped (like going deep underwater) and wont go away for like 30 min. WTF?
 
I know what you mean... after a long/heavy workout I'll start to get light headed and start "going deaf".

I attribute it to low blood sugar/high insulin because dextrose and gatoraide seem to help.

do you mean low blood sugar/LOW insulin?? this makes sense but ive asked others and they say they never experience this...i just dont know if its good or bad
 
Sounds like a good reason for me not do diet or do 15 hard sets...

Chew on some glucose tabs during your workout...it may help.

When I do my leg workouts I always have ringing comming out of my ears ...
