Where do you guys find dry curd cottage cheese? I've looked in all my local grocery stores...and all I see is large curd, small curd, low sodium, low fat, fat free - nothing that says dry curd. Is it usually in the same section??

I cannot eat the stuff on its own....so to stomach it I put a whole tub in a blender, mix it with 1/4 pint of milk, add some cocoa powder and sweetner and there you go!!
Since no one else wants to answer the questions above I did some research (I was being lazy)
Dry curd cottage cheese (dccc) can be frozen, and when thawed the curd has a softer, lighter consistency which is useful when baking.
Dry curd cottage cheese may also be called "farmer's cheese" or "dry curd farmer cheese". Regardless of what it is called, it must meet the following criteria:
No milk products are added to cream the dry curd after the culture has worked on the curd (no milk is added after fermentation).
