I ate that stuff so much it wasn't even funny. I got so completely sick of it, I have yet to "get back on it".
I will say, beyond downing a half a cup or a cup for a protien blast, it also makes a great additive to things like Chili, eggs, wraps, or whatever to add to the protien content. I still do drop a half a cup into my chile to up the protien.
Fantastic stuff (just don't get sick of it).
