Im 6' 205 with under 10% bodyfat. I have been tested for gyno and I do not have it. My problem is that I seem to hold a large amount of fat in my chest that makes the area droop down. I eat clean and am consistent with cardio and lifting. It drives me crazy because I have a pretty good six pack and am as lean everywhere else. Can anyone offer advise on how to harden this area, through diet or cardio or lifting techniques. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
