Cardio 30 mins.
Walk 1/2 lap.
Run/jog 4 laps.
Run 1/2 lap, walk 1/2 lap for remainder of time.
Dropped the incline from 45 to 2.0, much better on the back today.

Yeah walking at an incline really puts pressure on your back...I'm the one that told you that but we'll let it slide Lmao
