doing only cardio and home exercise and taking supplements

Hi guys, I was wondering is a stack of creatine and protein also vitamins can be taken by a persona that does only cardio and home exercise but doesn't lift any weights at all? or you might end up putting up extra weight and get fatter.

There will definitely be no problems if you will take creatine - it is one of the safest supplements out there, and the biggest problem you can expect with it is some water retention due to heavy overdosing, or due to not drinking enough water everyday.

Regarding the protein, it is by far not a necessity, and you should use it only as a supplement that will fill in the gaps in your diet. If your diet is fine, then there is no need for protein supplements. In the end of the day, if you will be taking protein just for the sake of taking it, without a real need for it, you will gain weight.

Creatine really won't benefit someone with their cardio - unless they are doing sprints.

Creatine super saturates your body's creatine-phosphate ATP energy system. This helps fuel explosive movements like weight training, sprinting etc.

I agree with @stevesmi

If you want something to increase fat loss and endurance, look into a PPAR up regulator like cardarine or SR9009. The single best supplement you can take for fat loss and endurance is a PPAR up regulator like cardarine or SR9009 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

The nicest thing about cardarine and sr9009 is that they are not stimulants or hormones so they won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss and endurance with no side effects.

Honestly you probably don't need either. They wont hurt at all but wont really benefit just cardio.

Creatine and protein would be better for someone who lifts weights. Creatine would help with the actual movements and protein helps repair the muscle and build it.
