Not for me. Not until I make my goal. :) That is the main reason I planned my cheats this month fo the 15th (school carnival) and the 31st (raiding the kid's halloween candy). LOL.

Their snacks are healthy: fruit, yogurt, Cheerios, Life, graham snacks, and unsweetened applesauce. I have to keep 1% and whole milk and wheat bread in the house for them as well. Most of that I can avoid. I really don't get overwhelming cravings very often.
 
yeah, generally. my cheat foods arent too bad...really i just have a little extra protein rich food or something. like some n00b said above, be strong...and also...not having it in your house kinda helps ;)

Like I said in your other thread, if you have a craving for something bad, just force yourself to eat something healthy. The craving should go away. Got to fight it.
 
I can eat very clean about 75% of the week, but it's that 25% where I falter that negates any progress from the healthy eating I did.

Actually you said "force yourself to eat something UNhealthy" which is why I replied that was not an option. :lmao: I was wondering at that reply. LOL
