When taking my current morning caliper readings (I know they're only so accurate, and I know most of the tmie it's pointless to be measuring so often but I'm pretty dialed in to the fatloss thing right now and do see daily number changes so hence whyI do it so often) I currently seem to lose just under a third of a percent of my bf% daily. I'm currently 8.1% at probably somewhere around 175 (yesterdays weigh in was done with a lot of food / liquid in me and i dont think I took a crap in like a day). I am also 6'3".
So for those that meet the criteria in the title, what are your usual daily averaged out fat % losses? Like if you only take it once weekly what is it on average?
For reference my diet and training is pretty much half hour to 50 mins of cardio 5 days a week and doing ful body workouts every 3 days or so at about 6-8 reps, not done to failure. Diet is pretty much PSMF, whatever green veggies I can stomach, and around 240 grams or so of protein daily, 1 tablespoon of fish oil, and trace carbs. Usually I deit hard for 4 days then carb up for a day and a half, do a power workout and day of recovery at maintenance cals to try and keep hormones in check and preserve muscle, or I may extend it out to 10 days, rinse, repeat.
