50 is low imo however need goals man like what weight you wanna be and such. Cant really help you much off whats been posted.
Ex: am 235 lean for me is: 80 grams of fat even 120 is ok for me with an hour of cardio ed 4-6x ew mild inteseity. Carbs are 150-200 on lean for a big boy like me. 400-600 off days on carbs ill cycle. Protien yes 1-1.5 per lbs of body weight.
Really it comes down to play you body is different than mine trail and error. Whats your idea of lean? 12%??? 8%??? Bc that a huge difference! Even 12 to 10 is huge. Lost in what your goal is I could write for days diet is one of those things man could take a long time to adjust.
You could try splits a 50/20/30 is hella lean! Protien fat and carbs
