Due to some mandatory overtime at my job the other day, I missed leg day at the gym.
However, yesterday it was raining, so no work for me
I decided that I would do the morning/night split to make up for the day off.
In the morning (10:00am) I did Legs~~ heavy squats and such....and by the end of that workout, I was grasping the racking feeling sick...at least I know I worked out my hardest.
Then in the evening (6:30pm) I returned to the gym to train Arms.
It started off pretty good, and had a fairly good workout, but I must say, when it was all said and done, I was toasted...
I commend anyone who does the morning night split (even though it usually wouldn't be so many body parts in one day).
If you can do it, power to you.
