Now on and just started my 2nd week, will keep this short and sweet.
Last week I weighed in at 111kg, now I weigh 114.4 kg.
Been training hard all week, getting plenty of sleep and working on my diet - trying to each more each day.
Mon (total calories = 3695, fat = 66g, carbs = 460g, prot = 188g)
Tues (total calories = 3695, fat = 87g, carbs = 554g, prot = 316g)
Wed (total calories = 3695, fat = 41g, carbs = 370g, prot = 404g)
Thur (total calories = 3695, fat = 78g, carbs = 344g, prot = 494g)
Fri (total calories = 3695, fat = 137g, carbs = 338g, prot = 618g)
Sat (total calories = 3695, fat = 116g, carbs = 354g, prot = 487g)
Sun (total calories = 3695, fat = 98g, carbs = 375g, prot = 399g)
I forgot how good it feels to be on testosterone, makes you feel very nice and happy, I look stockier and larger, had a few comments from people already.
No problems or sides, only sweating here and there
The testies feel good, hardly shrunk
Sex drive increased
Anvar kicked in about day 3 - noticed big increase in gains in lifting.
No problems with nips, sweating maybe due to aromasin that I am taking, table 1/4 tabs ED.
Questions:
1. How does my diet look, I am trying to eat 5000 cals per day, but hard, slowly building it up.
2. How can I increase my apetite? On previous cycles I couldnt stop eating, really have to push myself to eat.
3. When does the test kick in?
