DESMO's AAS, DIET & TRAINING LOG - 12 WEEKS (Test-E & Anavar)

Hello all,

Welcome to my log for the next 12 weeks or so. Before I start, I would like to thank this forum for all its help and information provided from it users, and in particular thanks to EZ_E whom has helped me. I have been preparing this AAS cycle for the last few months and will be starting very soon.

I will be providing weekly updates, such as gains, problems noticed, blood pressure results etc…. I have included recent blood results and will also get another one on completion of this cycle.

Please ask any questions. I am quite happy to put on my diet and training routines on here, if members want.

Blood test results (@2nd September 2012):
Serum testosterone = 12 nmol/L (normal ranges 11-40)
Serum TSH level = 1.68 mu/L (normal ranges 0.3 – 5.0)
Serum free T4 level = 13 pmol/L (normal ranges 8-19)
Thyroid peroxidase antibody level = 20 ku/L (normal range 0-34)


My cycle:

1-12 Test-e 500mg (250mg twice a week, Monday and Thursday).

1-6 anavar 80mg spread out every day spread out

1-12 aromasin 12.5mg every other day

5-18 hcgenerate (3 caps am 2 caps pm)

1-12 N2Guard

5-14 HCG at 500ius (250-300ius twice a week). I will continue to use HCG two weeks after my last injection of test-E at week 12. My PCT with consist with Clomid (and maybe Nolva) as well as NTBM products.

12-18 forma-stanzol - (5 pumps am and pm the first 4 weeks, and 3 pumps am and 2 pm for the remaining weeks).

12-16 unleashed and post cycle (1 cap of each 3 times a day)

12-18 bridge (1 cap 3 times a day)

I also have Nolvadex, clomid and Arimedex on hand.

I have decided to run HCG from mid-point of my cycle, though, dependent how my ‘balls’ feel – as suggested, to start HCG around weeks 5 to 6. I don’t normally take HCG in this way, but I am trying it this way, this time.

I have brought all of the above products over the last week months to spread out the cost, NTBM products have cost me a lot considering I never used them before. I hope I have described them properly and hope they help.

I am starting my cycle on this coming Monday. Any recommendatiosn before I start with regards to my AAS and PCT.

Been training hard of the last two weeks, getting ready to kick some ass.

I have put today's diet on here. A little high as im not on gear yet, but I am trying to get used to eating more than normal, im quite lucky I guess as I have cut work down for the next three months and only working two to three days a week.

Heres yesterday diet, I use my fitness pal on my iphone to calculate and add diet/foods

0800 - Bowl of porridge, hand full of rasins.
0815 - two pieces of brown toast (no butter) and 2 scrammbled eggs
0820 - 1/2 pint of milk

10.45 - all in one protein drink made with water (USN muscle fuel)
10.50 - Banana

13.00 - Can of Tuna and Boiled Rice and half a can of baked beans
13.00 - Pint of water

15.00 - Costa coffee latte and banana
16.00 - all in one protein drink made with water (USN muscle fuel)

18.00 - Chicken Sandwich and salad
18.00 - 1 pint of milk
18.00 - handfull of grapes

19.15 - Gym session (1hr 20 mins)
20.00 - red bull energy drink and 1 litre of water

21.00 - Whey protein powder, three scoops with water

22.50 - Roast chichen, salad and smalled baked potatoe
22.55 - Glass of water

Protein shake before bed, was a late night as picked the wife up from work.

This was my meals for the day. This is what I normally eat everyday, maybe I had a little more to eat on this day as up for few hours longer.
Total calories 4500 (total fat intake = 72g; protein 729g; carbs=800g)

Any suggestions, really trying to tweak my diet and optimise for some serious mass!!

you need to take a look at your macros bro...those figures are wrong. There is no way you are getting 729 g of protein and 800g of carbs from that diet.
the clorie count there would be 729 x 4 + 800 x 4 = 6116 cals plus the 72 g of fat hich would be another 648 calories.
 
Ok bud. I think u are right. I'm just at work but will put a full list of what I had today on here later tonight. I been using my fitness pal on my phone. Simply scan the packages barcodes and it adds it together for you give you a full break down of calories, fats, protein and cabs etc.

My protein shakes consist of

1. 3 x USN drinks a day, 3 scoops,150g = 50g protein. 50g of carbs. 2g of fat. Total calories per shake = 510.

Here is todays diet - any tips please let me know.

Here is what my fitness pal apps says on my phone:
total calories 4435
Total fats 66g (of that satutates = 18g)
Total carbs = 460g
Protein = 188g

In a rough order.........

Breakfast:
Porridge oats/skimmed milk - (530 cals)
Rasin - (129 cals)

Mid-morning:
All in one protein USN Fuel protein (540 cals)

Gym session:
Energy drink - bluebolt - (100 cals)
Post gym drink -All in one protein USN Fuel protein (540 cals)

Lunch
Pint of milk - (200 cals)
Honey roast sandwich - (305 cals)
Costa coffee vanilla light - (93 cals)
Costa cream cooler - (521 cals)

Mid-day snack
Chicken wrap and salad (546 cals + 202 cals)

Dinner
Chicken breast - (360 cals)
Rice - (170 cals)
Salad - (50 cals)

Snack
Chicken goujans - (189)

Before bed
All in one protein USN Fuel protein (540 cals)
 
I converted my weight in kg (111kg) to pounds (111 kg = 244.713 lb).

I am correct to think, that I need 1.5g of protein per 1 lb of bodyweight?

if that is correct, I calculated I need (1.5g x 245 = 367.5g of protein per day???)

and if I spread this over 6 meals a day, I need to consume approx 61 grams per meal?

Suggestions guys............

sorry I put the wrong details down, the above meals and snacks are correct, however:

protein = 316g
carbs = 554g
Total fat (87g with 27 from saturated fats)

what the hell is a costa cream cooler and chick goujans?lol

what are your stats? I didn't see them anywhere, tough to help with your diet withoug knowing your stats. But I can tell you right off the bat just by glancing at you need to add red meat, chicken is ok but you need other things in there like fish,steak, etc

Done four cycles to todate
180cm tall/6 ft

Yesterday diet was not a typical one, usually steak and tuna fish. Love fish. have loads of egg whites too. Girlfriends birthday so was out most of the day. What should the ratio if fats, protein and carbs be for someone in steriods ?!

Any recommendation would be great
