I'm at 16-17% bf right now.
I want to drop that down to 13% very quickly. I understand I am gonna lose SOME muscle but that is fine as I am off cycle and want to cut for my next cycle anyway .
I am gonna eat sweet potatoes, fruits, veggies, olive oil, almonds, fish, cage free eggs.
staying away from all sugars, soy, breads (sodium free ezekial bread being the exception but in moderation) , dairy, etc etc.
also doing cardio everyday.. after my workout running 1 mile.. and also doing starved cardio in the morning.
