Decisions, decisions.... (fun food thread)

I'm just afraid to deviate from the exact plan for tracking purposes.....since he said to eat "whatever" then for proper tracking per Fred shouldn't I follow it?? But if it'll take 1 week to shed all the water then now I'm not sure....He's having me add in Dandelion root later next week too....




Plus I bought a big bag of M&Ms..... :p


All i can say is your choice of whatever could be anything... as sassy said it could also be a clean food.

sweet potato for instance... i understand wanting to follow his word to a tee... If you feel it will work then so be it. I just don't think there is any logic in his saying 'anything'

if it gets you to where you are comfortable.. if you are at your goal now and you feel this will help then I honestly don't know what to imput.

gonna leave you with one thing though...

M&M's or ABS you have to make a choice.. no one can make it for you.

Now if I can only decide.....I've got a big bag of peanut M&Ms & cookie dough in the freezer...... Cheeseburger or steak?

I would substitute the candy & dough for a shot of tequilla (maybe a shot & a beer chaser!!)

Your chance to eat "whatever" --- yes this is your chance to make a common sense decision based on all that you've learned from our collective experiences, your time on this board and in support of all the work you've done so far.

agree. Jens- you post on here alot about the hard work your doing & busting your ass to get contest ready & then you want advice on blowing your diet???

Not to be mean, but are you really surprised that you not getting alot of support on this??? I would listen to these gals that have ALOT of competition experience & save the cheats till after your contest.

OK.. end of lecture!! LOL.

Is some ANPB ok or just follow the meal plan given for the day tomorrow??

Of course you got excited... but save that excitement for after the show.. I promise it will be well worth the wait.

I'd steer clear of the ANPB also.

My big treat was twice a week... it consisted of 1/4 steelcut oats with splenda and cinnamon, 6oz sweet potato with splenda and cinnamon.

that stopped one week out.. the splenda stopped before that... i just would have the cinnamon.

Its only two weeks... TWO WEEKS.

Its all up to you Jen's... you have to decided just how tight you want to keep it. How bad you want it.

I had my post meal planned two weeks ahead.. It gave me something to look forward to.

Oh believe me.....I've got my post show food lined up.... ;)

And speaking of your oatmeal "treat" -- he didn't take it completely out of my diet.....it's not everyday but it's still there.....and next Friday I can have PB.....

I guess I'll just eat what's on my list.....and I'll paint the kitchen to keep my mind distracted.... :verygood:
