All i can say is your choice of whatever could be anything... as sassy said it could also be a clean food.
sweet potato for instance... i understand wanting to follow his word to a tee... If you feel it will work then so be it. I just don't think there is any logic in his saying 'anything'
if it gets you to where you are comfortable.. if you are at your goal now and you feel this will help then I honestly don't know what to imput.
