lil over two weeks... is it worth it..? Honestly think about it.
Is this something that the trainer has suggested? Did you ask him why? what it would do for you/against you? You aren't depleting so hard that your body has to have a huge refeed so thats why I am stumped as to this decision. Its giving you the opportunity to take a leap back in your progress and IMO that is just asinine.
Are you within one week of what you want to be comp date... IE all you need to do is Water deplete? If not.. then why further your progress for 5 minutes of satisfaction.
Im not trying to make you feel bad.. just saying think about it.. the money you put into this, the time, the work, and then decide if that one day of cheats two weeks pre comp is worth the set back it may cause.
