Being an ectomorph body type I have to consume lots of calories to keep weight on and to gain. Just afrer a bit of input. I usually train 5 days a wk but recently dropped to 4 days sometimes having 2 rest days in a row to recover n pump in calories. Its hard for me to gain and takew time do you think the 4 days is enough training if im hitting every muscle group n all my major compounds?
