Day 4- shoulder still hurts :(

did heavy inclines on Monday & had some shoulder pain afterwards. I figured it was regualr muscle soreness, not injury related & still trained Tues (legs) & Wed (sprints).

How long is recovery for most of you before you think it might be an injury instead? thanks all :)
 
where/type of pain.

I assume the incline was 60 degrees or higher?

yes. front delt...more soreness than pain... but after 4 days- shouldnt it feel better?


I have the same problem....knocking the incline to 30-45 will help tremendously....

incline DB press. It just hurts (dull pain I guess) & only in the front. Im supposed to deadlift tonight- what do you think? prob wont effect it?

Im just kinda worried if I really messed it up or just taking a long time for recovery.
 
I did incline DB flyes a while back & had the same type of pain. It took a few weeks to completely go away and for 1 week I couldn't do flyes at all, then had to go light after that. I still don't go over 25lbs now cuz I sometimes feel a "tweak" if I do....

yep...I get a pain...deep in the joint....fingertip sized.....

I think its just strained....


drop the incline and make sure that you dont drop the bells to wide at the bottom


deads should be fine

I get shoulder issues a lot... I always found that to many pushing movements at once seems to bother them. So I try adding in a pulling movement and it feels aLOT better.
