day 4 of t-rex

Ok started off with one pill on Mon at 7:30am and could not go to sleep untill 11:30 the next afternoon,and when i did go to sleep it wasnt good sleep felt like i was awake with my eyes closed. I work 2nd shift hours 2:30-11:00 and train around 11:15-1:30 am with weights and 45 min cardio every night. I go to bed around 4am and wake around 12noon. I decided if I cant sleep on 1 to up it to 2 pills to get the full effect when i wake up now im geting the nice warm feeling and sweating at work,so i have to find a fan to stand in front of untill around 5pm.
My diet is clean around 6 meals a day I start off with oatmeal and a banana protein shake to realy feel the effects of the t-rex Im drinking over a gal of water at work + couple of liters working out.If i could sleep better it would be great any suggestions and I dont realy want to take only one pill because I want to get all I can from it I love the product Im not going to the bathroom alot yet but i guess it will take some time before your metabolism actualy speeds starts to speed up.

Damn. I don't know what to tell ya, that's a MACRO :) question!

I can say that I was up to 4 the 2nd or third day though... everyone reacts different to stimulants. I didn't feel the bathroom effect for a few weeks in either.

... hopefully Macro, Ulter, or Mr.X will be able to have some input for you. (I think they're the one's that "deal" with most of the AF products)
 
try drinking milk and having turkey before bed (both are high in tryptophan which will help you relax and fall asleep), or you could just get tryptophan.
 
Trex doesn't affect me like that at all...

i swear i could drink half a gallon of iced tea before bed and still sleep like a log...

me >>>>> caffeine... ;)
 
Well Im sleeping alot better now on 2,Last night I had trouble I didnt fall asleep
untill about 7:30 this morning but I tried to take 3 . But I think my diet is on the money Im losing bodyfat but staying at 260 .People are asking me at work how much weight Ive lost. Its only been a couple of weeks to but Im hitting the treadmill for 45 min every night along with weights.
