Yeah. Im a teen thats about to be on the weightlifting team, but I need to drop to atleast 124. Right now, Im at 134. I know the concepts of losing weight. Lowering calorie intake and increasing activity. But I need a better way to do all this. Im a teen. Im 14. I go to school and the only real free time I have is on the weekend. I need something I can do during my busy week and as well on the weekend. Can anyone help? I thought about dietary supplements, but I dont know. Little help please?
