i am going to start cutting pretty soon and wondered a few things, first what should be some main foods when cutting? i figured tuna, grilled chicken, whey shakes, and lots of water. what else could be added to this list? also how often should cardio be done? i will mostly be running and swimming, my weight lifting routine will not decrease at all. in fact i might start a harder routine soon. i will not be using any supplements, except for whey and glutamine. and lastly what is a good snack when cutting?

I usually snack on either almonds or walnuts, good source of protein. Or Peanut Butter Granola Bars, good healthy snack

How about: eggs (whole or white depending on your diet), grilled fish and lean beef, vegetables like broccoli, spinach, cauliflower (mash it and it tastes just like mashed potatoes), fiber if you need it. I don't know about snacks but i drink chilled coffee with sweetener when I have a sweet-tooth.

natty pb, brown rice, udo's choice for morning and pre workout shakes, yams, tuna, grilled chicken, spinach, broccoli, eggwhites, olive oil to name some.
