This is my fifth cycle and my first cutter. Everything started out great and lbs and fat just melted away...but it seems to have stopped (DAMMIT) I know it is probably all in my head, but I don' t see how I can eat any less calories and feel worth a damn! I feel pretty well depleted now! Oh well, just wanted to vent and see if you bro's had any suggestions.
Stats: 6'5" tall, age 38 yrs, started cycle at 250lbs roughly 13.5% BF... Now at 236 in the mid to high 11's.
Right now Tren A and Test Prop 350mg each weekly. Going to add masteron 100mg EOD atarting May 1.

Workout: One body part per day, with 12 working sets per body part. and 20 minutes of medium intensity cardio at least 5 days per week (Elliptical)

Right now, roughly 2400 cals per day...Don't remember the macro breakdown...it is in my food folder and not with me. 1 cheat day per week, but I don't go overboard.

It's not the cheat meal. Its the cals in vs cals out. 2400 cals is basically your BMR already, so you might be in starvation mode from such a low caloric intake.

Try the following:

Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri-Sat
2.614 Kcal
45% 294 gr Prot
25% 163 gr Carb
30% 87 gr Fat

Thu-Sun
3.174 Kcal
278 gr Prot 35%
397 gr Carb 50%
53 gr Fat 15%

train your big muscle groups (back and legs) on Thu and Sun (or monday) to use the carb load.

Also, increase the duration of your cardio to 30-45 min/session at some 75% MHR.

This should work for you.

When you are in starvation mode, or close to it, the only way to start loosing fat again is eating more.

try cycling your calories bro..are you eating the same amount day in day out?
Over time our bodies adapt to the lowered calorie level. Our body becomes more efficient at using energy (lowered metabolism), and therefore burns less fat.
This is why most of us reach a weight loss plateau. At this point, the only option is to boost metabolism; increased cardio, weight training, 'cheat' meals (i.e. high-calorie meals), cycling (or zig-zagging) calories, and even manipulating macro-nutrient ratios can all help to do this (don't forget adequate sleep and hydration). You often find that the nearer you get to your goal weight (or body fat percentage) - the harder things get!

Continually dropping calories only serves to lower metabolism even further - the moment you return to 'normal' eating - the weight comes back on.
