Cutting Diet

Hey guys,
I am trying to lose weight and retain or possibly gain muscle. I am 5'9'' 190lbs and I have about 20% BF.

This is what I am thinking Please tell me if this DIET will work for the goals i want to reach:

]Breakfast
6 egg whites
1 cup kashi
multi-vit/fish oil/CLA

Mid-morning snack
1 orange
1/2 granola bar

Lunch
Spicy Tuna roll (sushi)
large Tossed salad

Afternoon Snack
Muscle Milk Shake

Dinner
steak or ground turkey
small potato
large salad

snack
6 eggwhites

before bed
Protein shake

Lemme no what you think! thx

What is the macro breakdown on this diet?

Water intake?

What's in this granola bar?

Any cheat meals?

Ever use www.fitday.com to get a rough breakdown of Protein, carbs, fats, cals etc?

You need to eat a little more. You're going to slowly kill your metabolism. Try eating like 1800 cals a day for your weight and bf%. You should only lose 1-2 lbs a week for healthy fat loss. If you lose any more you risk losing too much muscle which you want to preserve.

I like the ratios though. Those seem good.
