change meal... why all the bread and why the mayo
if i were you i would cut the mayo, eat the tuna plain and for cabrs have a nat pb sandwhich
also, i think that meak should be switched with meal 3, as loading up on carbs several hours before a workout provides a much better workout *** remember, if your looking to shed excess bf don't eat withijn 2 hours of your workout, and if you want to preserve muscle, keep your workouts under 45 min. and your cardio limited to 20 min 4X / week.
