Before anyone can help you, you need to tell us these things:

1. Weight and height.

2. How many calories does that add up to and the total number of protein, fats and carbs.

3. Your goals and program.....you trying to lose weight? Gain weight and build muscle, maintain? What weight lifting/exercises do you do. Basically what are you trying to accomplish and what are you doing to reach that goal.

Thanks bro, I will do that,
I am 5'10" 210lb at 10% bodyfat. My goal is more bulk. My training is pretty much low rep heavy weight, I switch it up once a month to high rep light weight, now on my current diet I would like to eliminate cottage cheese but idk to what I can substitute it with? My current cal intake is around 3000, I would like to take more in I just need some help changing my meals up a little

Well if you're 210 with 10% bodyfat at 5'10, I think I can safely assume that you have a decent amount of muscle mass. I would say 3000 is too little for you. Here, this may help you out:

BMR Calculator

Use this...put everything in including activity level and see how many calories you need to maintain. You would need to eat more than maintainence level to bulk. I won't say much about the specifics of your diet because hopefully someone with more experience can help you...but here are some thoughts you may want to consider.

Why are you drinking skim milk? For bulking, I don't think something like 2 or 3% will harm you. In meal six, maybe add a solid protein source like a chicken breast (if financially possible). When you have your egg whites, adding 1 whole egg in those meals wouldn't hurt either. I mean, at your size your metabolism and activity level are high enough that you won't become a fatty like some of us (me:D)
