Gonna try and go 2750 calories the first week and then 3000 the following weeks. Shooting for 50%pro/35%carb/15%fat.

Meal 1
1 cup oats
1 scoop casein
3 egg whites
40mg anavar
450 calories/41 pro/60 carb/7 fat

Meal 2
Nitro-Tech bar
290 calories/35 pro/9 carb/8 fat

Meal 3 (postworkout)
1 scoop Cell-Tech
2 scoops CFM whey
280 calories/30 pro/37 carb/0 fat

Meal 4
3 slices wheat bread
1 can albacore
2 slices FF cheese
2 T BBQ sauce
425 calories/59 pro/40 carb/5.5 fat

Meal 5
3 whole eggs
210 calories/18 pro/3 carb/13.5 fat

Meal 5
3 slices wheat bread
1 can chicken
2 slices FF cheese
2 T BBQ sauce
380 calories/52 pro/40 carb/5 fat

Meal 6
1 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese
1 T sunflower kernels
280 calories/47 pro/14 carb/3.5 fat

Meal 7
1 cup oats
1 scoop casein
3 egg whites
450 calories/41 pro/60 carb/7 fat

Totals: 2765 calories/323 protein/263 carbs/49.5 fat

Question: When I up the calories to 3000, should it be all protein calories, or a mix of pro/carb/fat?

I only weigh 150lbs. I thought 323 grams of protein would be good enouth since I'll be getting in 2 grams+ per pound of bodyweight. Then again I am gonna be on AS. I dunno? Red meat is expensive but I'll try to squeaze in a top sirloin somewhere.

Looks good to me...I like the protein/carb/fat ratios, with these you are sure to get good results at your weight....again, depending on type of AS , you will differentiate in results.

323 grams of protein is more than enough for your body weight. But stating AS at only 150 pounds? a little soon maybe?

Do you have a super fast metabolism and a low bodyfat %??? What is your cycle?? You need more carbs, and protein is easily enough, perhaps overkill.

i would dump the cell-tech. way too much sugar. get something like nlarge 2 for your post workout. you get 600 calories, 52 grams of protein, 86g carbs and 5g fat. you need more protein and carbs after your workout. i use phosphagen hp after trying cell-tech. tastes better and cheaper then cell-tech. you are getting enough protein escecially for your weight. also get some flax oil. its good for the calories and gives you the good fat your body needs. avoid too much red meat. chicken and tuna are better choices. check out anabolicreview.com and look at the anabolic diet and tips. believe me it helps.

Devil The carbs in (Not that I think Cell-Tec is worth while) but the carbs in NLarge2 are mainly maltodextrin which is just as high on both the GI and II as the sugar (Dextrose) in Cell-tec. And Dextrose or Maltodextrin are both ideal aqfter a workout so I dont see how you could say it is way to much sugar. And dont cut out red meat on a bulking diet.
