Two things that I've come up with in the last week, if you're bored with the regular dieting foods....
I think egg whites are about as boring as bat shit, so I decided to try something new.... scrambled egg whites, and you wrap it in a slice of ham. If you're cool with ham, that is.... some people don't like the sodium content.
The other thing is.... tuna. I HATE it. But when it's the only protein source in the house, I have no choice. But it's not the kind of thing that gets easier to eat over time.... for me, it's harder. But buy some seaweed sheets that they use for sushi.... and wrap some tuna in one of the sheets. It really takes the taste away, and it actually tastes okay.
