after i lift, i got bust my balls for a 4 mile bike ride uphill back home, so if im taking a creatine transport homemade cell tech drink, should i drink it after lifting and before the bike ride or wait till im home? just wondering if it matters
Drink it right after you lift and get that insulin cranked up to fill up your glycogen stores and creatine stores. Take a few minutes to chill out and then ride your bike back home. If you slam this drink then bust balls on your bike, that will most likely cause some GI distress, since it is a hypertonic solution (i am assuming). When you get home have some protein then.
