Carbs do seem low.


You cant throw out a specific number though as everyone is different.


Rule of thumb:

If you cant recover from the training and cardio, etc...they might be too low.

okay brushing off the dust on this thing once again... so after a few more days in bed and a retarded weekend I am feeling about 80 percent... still have the cough and congestion but mostly feeling better.... diet has been pretty non-existant, I have probably been lucky to get down maybe 700 calories per day... last night did tri & bic

so went to school to figure out what the hell I am doing... after a lot of soul searching I have decided to take a nutrition class and care and prevention of injuries class....

this is huge for me I have been so focused on this one goal that I forgot to think about what I am truely interested in. I have spent my whole life engaged in physical activities, started weight training at 14 and spent as long as I can remember obessed with food and nutrition.

So I went and talked with the counsellor at my school and I am going to add in those two classes to see how they feel. I haven't decided to change my major yet. But right now I feel so happy with possiblities where a year ago I would not have even explored the opportunity. I am proud of myself that I am no longer so ridged and more relaxed and enjoying the time I have.
