alright!! here we go again.. I have a few weeks until my next shoot. and last night was my last fun night for a while. training has been good but haven't been eating enough and had a few days letting loose this past week with some dancing and liquor.. Much needed time to let loose but time to get back on the program..

I have decided to go back to my two a day weight training workouts. I have been training with a new friend which I love for the spot but his weight training workouts I feel are a little to long.

I also got a diet plan from beverly which I am starting today going to loosely follow. One thing that they took out of my diet is my favorite oatmeal. I can have it once every forth day but I am used to waking up craving it so we will see how that goes.

Meal #1
3 oz. turkey breast or chicken

3 egg whites + 1 yolk

1/2 Grapefruit or ½ cup vegetables

3 EFA Gold caps



Meal #2

Protein Drink: 2 Scoops Muscle Provider or Ultimate Muscle Protein, 12 oz. water.

Optional: you may add 4 strawberries or ¼ cup blueberries for a change of pace

Or

Whole Food Option: 6 oz tuna or 5 oz chicken breast and tomato



Meal #3

5 ounces chicken, turkey, tuna or whitefish

2 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.)

2 TBS Light Vinegar and Oil dressing



Meal #4

(same as meal #2)



Meal #5

5 ounces lean meat (chicken, fish and strip sirloin, lean beef, etc.)

1 cup vegetables

3 EFA Gold caps



Monday and Thursday: Substitute the following for your 5th meal at the end of the day: 1-cup oatmeal, or 1 cup cooked rice; 6 oz sweet potato (after cooking); 4 oz banana; 1 cup vegetables; 1 TBS butter


to me on a daily bases that looks really low on the carbs.. any suggestions?

Of course because of my crazy weekend, which encluded going swimming in the ocean at a stupid hour, I woke up sicker than a dog!! I can barely swallow and my noes is like a tap.

but got down the first meal

12:30pm
3oz chicken
3 egg white 1 full egg
1/4 cup brocolli
1/4 cup cucumber
.5 tablespoon udo's
herbs and iron
vitamins
vit c


this comes out to 401 calories, isn't that a bit much for the morning?

k I am going to take some nightquil and pass out for a few hours...

breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I actually lost body fat when I started eat breakfast...
 
okay so I really passed out I am just waking up right now and can barely stand without fallin over.. wtf I HATE being sick!! I guess the diet will have to start tomorrow because I dont have the energy to eat anything else..

kay so this is my first time out of bed since last post... I have the full on flu.. HATE BEING SICK!!!

so still sick but able to get out of bed and I am going to brave the gym today. still dizzy when I stand and spitting things up. But at least I am awake. I pretty much slept through the past 2 days. I guess my body needed it... Isn't it sad that at 23 I can't stay up partying for a few days without getting sick. what can you do...

i have a lot of work to catch up on and I have to read up in the threads I feel totally out of the loop. give me a few days to get all the reading in. I hope everyone is doing well!!!
