so last night I was so freaking exhausted I started doing the head roll driving.. NOT FUN!!!
This morning still tired but got my lazy butt out of bed and did my cardio.. I really hope it isn't busy this morning so I can nap at work... heehee (yeah tough job) heehee

going to start something today that silverback suggested...
today and tomorrow I am going to try to get close to 0 zero carbs to tighten up for my shoot... I am going to try to get in about 3 gallons of water today... tomorrow about 1.5 and then tuesday like 3/4 of gallon then just sip on wednesday... I will eat some carbs on tuesday for my first couple of meals to fill the muscles out, then wednesday maybe just a bit in the morning as well...
I know sounds nutty but going to try this out... the scale has been stuck at 136 all week so I am hoping this might move it as well... shadow?
